How do I purchase a product from you?
Click on the "Add to Cart" button next to the product and it will be added to your shopping
basket. You will be taken to our paypal shopping cart page which shows you
the contents of your basket. You may remove an item at any time if
you make a mistake or change your mind. You may also change the number of
items that you wish to purchase. If you want to buy some other items you may
continue shopping by clicking on the Continue Shopping button.
Can I order over the phone?
If you prefer not to order online simply call us on [+61] 2 6685 6666 and we will take your order.
How do I remove an item from my shopping basket?
Click on the blue "View Cart" button (appears on every product page). Check the box in the remove column next to the item you no longer
want and click the update basket button.
How do I order more than one of a particular item?
Once you have ordered one item buy clicking on the "Add to Cart" button you can
easily change the quantity. Click on the blue "View Cart" button (appears on every product page). Change the number
in the quantity column next to the item you no longer want and click the update
basket button. Then click the Secure Checkout button to carry on to the checkout.

All orders under $150 within Australia cost only $10 for standard shipping via Australia Post. Orders over $150 ship for FREE! This only applies to delivery addresses within Australia. Extra freight charges may apply for large orders of AloeUp due to excess weight. An email will be sent to you if this is the case where you can either accept and pay extra charges or receive a full refund if you wish.
