Returns & Exchanges
You must notify us by phone or email prior to returning any goods for refund or exchange, stating the reason for return or exchange of goods. You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise. Returns made within 30 days of the shipping date will be refunded to the original form of payment.
The items need to be sent by prepaid post within 7 days of receiving authorisation from us to return the goods.
If an item is returned for reasons other than faulty workmanship or materials, this item or items must be in their original packaging in resaleable condition for a full refund.
Postage and handling charges are non refundable.

A refund will be credited back to your original payment method. If you used PayPal as your payment method and want credit back to your PayPal account, you must return your merchandise via mail to the address above for a refund.
We will notify you by email when your return is processed. If you've requested an exchange, a second email will be sent once we've processed your new order. We are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed; in these instances your original form of payment will be refunded.
