The items need to be sent by prepaid post within 7 days of receiving authorisation from us to return the goods.
If returning other than for faulty workmanship or materials, then items must be in their original packaging in resaleable condition for a full refund.
Postage and handling charges are non refundable.
Exchanges for a different size, colour or style will incur an additional postage charge.
