Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering. Your order will be shipped Australia Post (Regular Parcels) unless you select an alternative. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Sun Protection Australia cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

You will be charged when your order has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and gst charges.

An email notice is sent to confirm your order has been dispatched.

Domestic delivery is generally within 3-4 business days.

International delivery is done by Australia Post Air Mail and we are dependant upon their timeframes. This generally is between 7-14 days.
